What this service is

Facecard is an independent directory of model agencies based in France. No agency pays to be listed, and none can be removed for payment.

The published data are facts: company name, address, means of contact, company number. They are read on each agency's own website and checked one by one.

Signed is a mother agency: it represents models and presents them to agencies. It has no ownership, shareholding or partnership link with the agencies listed in this directory.

An agency that wants its entry corrected or removed can ask: the correction is applied without conditions.

Where the data comes from

• Agencies' own websites — each agency
  name, address, postcode, phone, e-mail, SIREN/SIRET
  Factual data published by the entity itself. No editorial text or image is reused.
• French postcodes and INSEE municipality codes — open postcode → INSEE reference (Opendatasoft), 2025 municipalities
  municipality and département resolution; Paris, Lyon and Marseille tied to their commune, not their arrondissement
  Public administrative data redistributed by Opendatasoft.
• Official Journal — model agency licences — DILA, JORF global database
  629 notices found in the complete archive (6,881,107 files read as a stream): 253 grants, 315 renewals, 43 withdrawals, 8 refusals, 75 child approvals. The manager's name, present in every notice, is not republished.
  Licence Ouverte / Open Licence (Etalab), stated by DILA on the global database.
• Sector directories used as leads — mannequinat.fr and synam.org (the trade body)
  agency names and official URLs only; entries outside France were discarded on the postcode. No published field comes from here.
  Terms not read; use limited to names and URLs, with no content reused.
• Bulk SIRENE database — set aside — INSEE
  not used: the Official Journal gives the licence, which says more about a model agency than an activity code
